Our Fabric Suppliers, From Sourcing to Delivery
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″ css=”.vc_custom_1698918825316{padding-top: 50px !important;}”][vc_column_text]From field to store, our suppliers aim for the highest degree of responsibility in fabric manufacturing. Every thread, every weave, and every pattern is used with one clear goal: to durably reduce our environmental impact.
Whether it’s Stanley Stella, Amandine Cha, or Lebenskleidung, each supplier offers fair and sustainable fabrics. Every stage of fabric production meets environmental requirements. In a constant pursuit of sustainability, we encourage all our suppliers to produce fabrics that are modern yet respectful of the planet. Kaparda Couture also supports suppliers in producing fabric cleanly, without chemicals, and in respecting workers through fair wages.
For every collection, our suppliers continuously offer new fabrics made with GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified materials. Choose from a wide range of quality fabrics and quickly get samples to refine your sewing project, ensuring the color and texture perfectly match your expectations.
From field production to fabric delivery, our suppliers fully embrace the concept of sustainability, starting with pesticide-free farming. Ginning, spinning, and weaving then follow a carefully developed internal process, taking into account working methods, the various partners involved, and the materials used to achieve the final product.
Better still, they are constantly seeking new sustainable initiatives to ensure the longevity of their activities.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][sober_banner image_size=”full” text_position=”center” image=”1342″][/sober_banner][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1698918840529{padding-top: 30px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}”]
Upcycling Clothing
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][sober_banner image_size=”full” text_position=”center” image=”1338″][/sober_banner][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1698918848129{padding-top: 50px !important;}”]Making something new out of something old, while preserving fabric quality and finish — that’s the whole appeal of upcycling. It’s now a trend, giving quality garments a second life. The goal is to lose nothing in quality or creativity. For designers, it’s above all an eco-responsible and sustainable approach. Today, designers increasingly present themselves as “ethical,” “sustainable,” “green,” and so on. Upcycling is a way of entering the world of sustainable fashion design and giving garments a soul. While there’s no true French equivalent, upcycling doesn’t simply mean “recycling” — it means giving value, or a second life, to a garment. At Kaparda, this concept is central to our workshop. Beyond giving each creation a soul, upcycling better reveals the mindset of our designers and seamstresses. In practice, upcycling means taking garments that couldn’t be sold, modifying them, and putting them back into circulation. It’s an increasingly valued approach that preserves both the originality and the luxury of each piece.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1698918869081{padding-top: 30px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}”]
The Workshop

For high-end work at a fair price, we trust the BIBALAND DESIGN workshop. Located in the heart of Paris, this workshop supports fashion project owners seeking quality and originality. Thanks to proven expertise adapted to the fashion industry’s evolving landscape — including sustainable garment design — BIBALAND DESIGN knows how to tailor its offering to each client’s needs. We’ve been working for 7 months with a team made up of an artistic director and a workshop manager attentive to our requirements. For the production of your collections, BIBALAND DESIGN is constantly seeking new manufacturing methods to make each piece of your collection stand out. The workshop handles the production of various types of clothing (men’s, women’s, children’s, plus-size, sportswear, lingerie, baby care, etc.) and accessories (hats, fashion accessories, etc.).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][sober_banner image_size=”full” text_position=”center” image=”1340″][/sober_banner][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1699627130646{margin-top: 100px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_custom_heading text=”Why do we do this?” font_container=”tag:h4|font_size:24px|text_align:center” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css_animation=”fadeIn”][vc_column_text]For several decades now, the clothing industry hasn’t been at its best. Garments are generally manufactured far from home. Worse still, we keep buying more, even though 60% of these purchases end up in the trash.
Rather than dwelling on what’s wrong, we prefer to focus on the positive and offer a solution. We concentrate on what we can do better to make things change. We want to be a brand that revolutionizes fashion. To get there, we choose to:
- Make fashion differently — we no longer want to overproduce and pile up unsold stock. We want production levels that simply meet customer needs.
- Think about fashion differently. We want transparent production that informs the consumer — they should know where the material comes from and who transformed it.
- Reduce consumption. We want to dispel the idea that owning forty shirts is normal. We want people to understand that a few quality garments are more than enough to be well dressed.

As part of this approach, we aim to reduce our impact on various ecosystems by paying close attention to both the quality and the quantity of the fabrics we use.
That’s why Kaparda takes great care in choosing its fabric suppliers. We work in particular with two major European producers of eco-friendly fabrics: Les Tissus du Chien Vert in Brussels, and the German company LEBENSKLEIDUNG.
These partners specialize in producing organic, sustainable, and highly on-trend fabrics. They use transparent production systems with reduced environmental impact, based on strict compliance with precise standards.
For instance, Les Tissus du Chien Vert holds an OEKO-TEX certification, which ensures textile products are free of harmful substances. The German company LEBENSKLEIDUNG is, in turn, certified GOTS and Fair for Life.
To crown our environmental ambition, we have become a member of
RE_FASHION. This membership commits us to contributing to the management of waste generated by our products once they reach consumers.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
